Red Card: Red card rule will be seen in cricket too, punishment will be given for this mistake; Know from which league will start

Football games in the Caribbean Premier League are governed by the red card rule. But now cricket will also utilize red cards. The Caribbean Premier League will implement the Red Card Rule. The league's administrators published a statement last Friday addressing the red card policy. The slow over rate will be governed by this guideline.
The regulation states that one fielder will be taken off the field at the start of the 20th over if the fielding team is going behind schedule. For the first time ever in cricket history, this will be witnessed. The director of operations for the Caribbean Premier League, Michael Hall, stated in a release that "we are disappointed that our T20 games are getting longer year on year, and we want to do whatever we can to stop this."
The statement said, "It is the responsibility of those connected to cricket to ensure that the game continues to develop, and we have made match officials and franchisees aware of this responsibility prior to the event. We anticipate that in-game penalties won't be necessary, but we still think they're appropriate and important.

What is the rule's language?
According to CPL regulations, an additional player will enter the 30-yard circle if the fielding side falls behind the statutory over-rate at the start of the 18th inning. Five players will be present in the circle in this manner.
Two players will thereafter enter the 30-yard circle if the fielding team is still behind the requisite overrate at the start of the 19th over. Six players will now be present in the 30-yard circle.
The fielding side will then have to lose a fielder, or a player will leave the field, if they fall behind the required over rate once again even at the start of the 20th over. The player who goes out will be chosen by the captain. There will only be 6 participants within the circle at once.
Batting will also be accountable for continuing the game at the same time. The batting side will be penalized five runs for wasting time after receiving the first and last warnings from the umpires.

What time does T20 start?
A T20 competition gives each innings a total of 85 minutes. It should take 72 minutes and 15 seconds to complete the 17th over of the inning, 76 minutes and 30 seconds to complete the 18th over, and 80 minutes and 45 seconds to complete the 19th over. Timing will be handled by the third umpire, and the field umpire will tell the team captain. The TV viewer and the crowd will both be informed of the time once the over is over.
