The ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 will begin on October 5, 2023, and end on November 19, 2023

ICC WORLD CUP TEAMS

Ten national teams, including those from Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, England, India, Netherlands, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Africa, and Sri Lanka, will compete in the event, which will be hosted by India. There will be 10 locations in India where the competition will be held: Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Dharamsala, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, and Pune. The tournament's first match between England and New Zealand on October 5 and the tournament's championship game on November 19 will both take place in Ahmedabad's Narendra Modi Stadium

ICC WORLD CUP 45 LEAGUE MATCHES

 All clubs will play each other for a total of 45 league matches in the tournament's round-robin format, which was used previously. All other matches, including the knockout rounds, will be day-night affairs beginning at 14:00 Indian Standard Time (IST). There are six day matches that will begin at 10:30 IST. The top four teams will advance to the semifinals, which will take held on November 15 in Mumbai and November 16 in Kolkata. There will be reserve days for the semifinals and championship.

The ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 will feature a round-robin format with 45 league matches between each of the 10 competing countries.
