The final day for filing an ITR for a person who is the spouse of a partner in a firm and who must disclose Transfer Pricing (TP) audit in Form No. 3CEB is 30 November 2023. However, for those taxpayers whose spouse or wife is covered by section 5A, the deadline for filing an ITR is likewise 30 November 2023.
Companies Not Required to Disclose TP Audit in Form No. 3CEB
Companies who do not required to disclose a Transfer Pricing (TP) audit in Form No. 3CEB have until October 31, 2023, to file an ITR.
Deadlines for ITR Filing
